Sodalitas Assessment
We took part in the assessment promoted by Fondazione Sodalitas, a benchmarking tool that evaluates the level of development of Diversity & Inclusion policies and practices within organizations, achieving an overall score of 98.5%.
This result reflects work built over time — shaped by organizational choices, attention to processes, and shared responsibility.
Equity, equal opportunities and inclusion take shape in the way we select, support and develop people, as well as in the policies dedicated to parenthood and quality of work.
Because the strength of an organization is also measured by its ability to create environments where every person can find their place.

Human Enterprise Award
We have received the Human Enterprise Award. For us, it is not a destination, but a recognition of a clear way of doing business: putting people at the center as the guiding principle behind every decision, every day.
This is where our policies, organizational models, and initiatives originate—including those we develop beyond the company itself, such as the Libellula Foundation and the HR Executive Club. Because for us, social impact is not a project. It is the way we choose to work.
Family Friendly Workplace
We are among the finalist companies for the Family Friendly Workplace Award 2026, promoted by UNICEF Italy, Corriere della Sera and SDA Bocconi School of Management. A recognition that highlights organizations capable of translating people’s — and the next generations’ — well‑being into concrete, measurable choices integrated into organizational models.
Being among the selected companies means one clear thing for us: continuing to build, every day, an idea of work that brings together performance, sustainability and responsibility toward people. Because the future of organizations also depends on this — on the quality of the environments we create, inside and outside the company.
Business Ambassadors
Once again this year, Zeta Service receives the award that recognizes entrepreneurs capable of creating value through people, innovation, and a business vision oriented toward the future and social responsibility.
Judges Award
Debora Moretti honoured at the 2025 Global Payroll Award for her leadership focused on well-being, inclusion and social responsibility. A special recognition for those who make a difference.
Gender Equality Certification
In 2025, we renewed our Gender Equality certification, in collaboration with Lumina Employment Law Consultancy and Fondazione Libellula.
The auditors described Zeta Service as: “An organisation that demonstrates a strong commitment to people’s well-being, furthering a positive working environment through tangible actions and measures to support parenting and caregiving.”
We achieved a 100% score in the KPIs relating to inclusive communication and support for returning to work after maternity and paternity leave — results that reflect our identity and the direction in which we continue to move: equality is not a destination, but a daily choice. We will continue to work towards a future in which a culture of equality is a natural part of work and life. Through new initiatives focused on listening, training and care — so that everyone can feel recognised, respected and free to grow.
Charity Project
Our Charity Project will continue throughout 2025 as an integral part of our vision of social responsibility.
By allocating €0.10 for every payslip processed, we continue to support the Libellula Foundation, the social enterprise founded by Zeta Service to drive cultural change in the prevention of gender-based violence and discrimination. This commitment ensures the continuity of educational, training, and support initiatives aimed at companies, schools, institutions, and local communities, strengthening both its impact across the territory and the role of Spazio Libellula as a permanent hub for prevention and care.
We believe that businesses can—and should—play an active role in social change. That is why we continue to turn our growth into concrete actions that contribute to a more equitable and inclusive society.
Herconomy Award
Zeta Service has received the award established by Economy, which recognises businesses that have distinguished themselves through their commitment to promoting gender equality and fostering a corporate culture in which equity is a genuine driver of competitive value.
It’s not normal for it to be normal
Fondazione Libellula, our social enterprise dedicated to preventing gender-based violence and promoting inclusion, has written a book: “It’s not normal for it to be normal”. That combating gender-based violence is an urgent matter is now evident: we are reminded of this every day by the tragic news stories flooding the media. What is discussed less, however, is the other, less striking level on which this violence spreads: that of everyday life.
Fondazione Libellula’s mission is to give a voice where there has been silence for too long. Because gender-based violence is close at hand, it is real, and it manifests itself even in offices, along corridors, and during work meetings. Recognising it is the first step. Asking ourselves how to react, how to support those who are victims, and how to build truly inclusive environments is the next step. This book has been created to offer tools, words and new perspectives: a building block in a journey that has already begun, inviting everyone to become part of the change. We can no longer hide behind the excuse that «it’s always been this way»: it is time to choose to feel responsible, so that together we can build a future of respect, fairness and freedom.
Business Ambassadors
We are “Business Ambassadors”: a prestigious national accolade reserved for those Italian entrepreneurs who, through their businesses, have distinguished themselves thanks to their extensive expertise, excellent human capital, high-level skills, strong financial acumen and a healthy dose of passion and enthusiasm.
It is aimed at family businesses that serve as a shining example of promoting the values of family businesses whilst demonstrating the ability to innovate their business model.
GammaDonna
Debora Moretti, Joint-CEO of Zeta Service and Chair of Fondazione Libellula, is among the FAB60 selected by the GammaDonna2024 Award thanks to Zeta Service’s sustainable model – 60 female entrepreneurs who have made innovation and sustainability their mantra. The Award celebrates the ideas, talent and resourcefulness with which they are revolutionising the way we live and imagine the future, making the economy and society more sustainable, fair and inclusive.
Assolombarda Awards
We are among the three finalists for the 2024 Assolombarda Awards in the “Responsibility and Culture” category for having founded Fondazione Libellula and for the work we are carrying out with the foundation to prevent gender-based violence and promote inclusion.
Charity Project
Since 2021, we have carried out our Charity Project with the goal of transforming business growth into tangible impact for the community. In 2024, we continue to support Fondazione Libellula, the Social Enterprise founded by Zeta Service to prevent gender‑based violence and promote an inclusive culture, allocating €0.10 for every payslip processed.
The funds collected contribute to the development of prevention and awareness projects aimed at companies, schools and local communities, as well as to the strengthening of Spazio Libellula in Milan, the first territorial center dedicated to preventing gender‑based violence and promoting relationships grounded in respect.
Gender Equality Certification
In 2024, we renewed our Gender Equality certification. This recognition confirms the path we have been consistently following for over twenty years: building a fair, welcoming and discrimination-free workplace every day.
Opening of the first Spazio Libellula in Milan
Together with Fondazione Libellula, we have opened our first centre in Milan, at Via Filippo Tommaso Marinetti 2. A local hub dedicated to preventing violence against women and challenging gender stereotypes.
Women at the top
An international project organised by Il Sole 24 Ore in collaboration with the Financial Times to celebrate female excellence. Debora Moretti, Joint-CEO of Zeta Service and Chair of Fondazione Libellula, received the award in the Non-Profit category for the creation of Fondazione Libellula and the social impact it is generating.
Charity Project
This is the third consecutive year in which we proudly present our beloved Charity Project. This project was launched in 2021, and again this year we will continue to support Fondazione Libellula, the social enterprise founded by Zeta Service to prevent gender-based violence and promote inclusion, by donating €uro 0.10 for every payslip processed for the companies that have chosen us.
This initiative is our personal way of making a meaningful contribution to the community. These funds have been used to finance projects aimed at promoting an inclusive culture in companies, schools and hospitals. The result of this commitment has been a solid transformation of our client companies’ trust into a tangible benefit for the local area, leading to the opening of Spazio Libellula in Milan, the first grassroots centre dedicated to dismantling gender-based violence and building an inclusive culture.
Initially, in 2021, we launched this project to celebrate our 18 years of growth as a company. Today, in 2023, our commitment to Fondazione Libellula continues to grow, demonstrating our determination to make a difference and to support the fight against violence against women and gender discrimination.
Fondazione Libellula continues to work tirelessly to bring the fight against gender-based violence into schools, hospitals and public institutions. Zeta Service is enthusiastic about continuing this mission and transforming our growth into positive change for society.
Zeta Service celebrates its 20th anniversary
This year we have reached a significant milestone: we celebrated our 20th anniversary.
A milestone we were able to celebrate thanks to our people who, through their dedication and professionalism, have made a dream a reality: becoming a long-standing organisation recognised by everyone as a leader in the HR sector.
The best gift? Celebrating together with people from all Zeta Service offices.
Gender Equality Certification
For 20 years, at Zeta Service, we have been steering our organisation towards gender equality and inclusion, to the point where it has become our hallmark.
We have done this because we deeply respect the uniqueness of the people who work with us and believe it is our duty to take tangible action to eliminate the gender gap.
In November, Zeta Service also obtained gender equality certification.
This certification represents our past and present commitment, but above all else it is a symbol of our commitment to the future. A commitment dedicated to everyone at Zeta Service.
Charity Project
Once again this year, we have decided to repeat our Charity Project, which began in 2021, whereby we will donate €uro 0.10 to our Fondazione Libellula for every payslip processed for our client companies. This contribution will be used by the Foundation to support projects combating violence against women and gender discrimination. This significant commitment enabled us to donate €uro 20,000 last year to fund projects promoting an inclusive culture in companies, schools and hospitals. It is our very own way of transforming the trust placed in us by our clients into value for the local community.
Zero Tolerance Policy
An important step against workplace harassment.
Zeta Service has implemented the new “Zero Tolerance” Policy, a document inspired by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, developed in collaboration with Fondazione Libellula A tool that formalises a series of processes aimed at preventing, combating and managing incidents of harassment and discrimination in the places where we work.
Why did we want this document?
To strengthen and make our commitment increasingly tangible in ensuring a working environment that protects and grants equal dignity to everyone through solid practices that directly involve us in our daily lives.
We have involved all our client companies, partners and stakeholders because it is together that we can break down stereotypes and put an end to harassment. If you too wish to create your own policy, contact Fondazione Libellula!
Anti-Violence and Anti-Harassment Policy
In 2022, we adopted our Anti-Violence and Anti-Harassment Policy to give clear expression to a commitment that is central to who we are: building a workplace that is safe, respectful, and grounded in the dignity of every individual.
Through this Policy, we established clear principles and practical measures to prevent and address all forms of violence and harassment. We also chose to provide Zeta Service employees with the opportunity to report situations of gender-based violence and domestic abuse, even when they occur outside the workplace, ensuring confidentiality, support, and protection.
In line with Law No. 4 of January 15, 2021, and the ILO Violence and Harassment Convention (No. 190), we have strengthened our commitment to promoting a workplace culture based on respect and prevention, recognizing that violence is an issue that also affects organizations.
For us, this Policy represents a concrete—not symbolic—step toward building a more inclusive company that genuinely cares for its people.
Easter Eggs for Ukraine
To mark Easter, we have decided to purchase chocolate eggs from the De Marchi Foundation, which works to combat blood disorders and childhood cancers, so as to donate them to the children of Ukraine who are going through a difficult time due to the conflict in their country. Our hope is that this small gesture might bring a smile to their faces at such a difficult time.
Charity Project
Over the past 18 years, our company has grown into a large organisation, and we felt it was right to give back some of the good fortune we have enjoyed through charitable deeds.
For 2021, we have decided that for every new client acquired, we will donate €uro 0.10 to Fondazione Libellula – Zeta Service’s foundation dedicated to combating violence against women and gender discrimination – for every new payslip processed. This is our personal Charity Project: Zeta Service has grown, so we can (and want to) make important decisions.
The proceeds from these donations fund the projects that Fondazione Libellula undertakes in companies and online, ensuring that the fight against gender-based violence reaches schools, hospitals and public institutions too.
We want to keep growing, sharing our success with those in need. In this way, every new client will know that by choosing us, they are also doing good for others.
A rainbow bench
Since June, at the entrance to our Milan office, next to our red bench against violence against women, we have also painted a bench in the colours of the Pride flag, against homophobic and transphobic violence.
A symbolic gesture to make what we believe in clear and visible to everyone: respect and equal rights for every person, against all forms of discrimination.
Covid-19 emergency
Throughout the emergency, we have all been working remotely (since 21 February) to safeguard people’s safety and out of a sense of collective responsibility that we felt even before each subsequent decree was issued.
Aware of the delicate and unprecedented situation affecting businesses, we decided to provide daily regulatory updates free of charge, in order to support organisations in applying the decrees as they were subsequently introduced.
We launched an internal Payroll Giving initiative, a fundraising campaign where all Zeta Service staff could donate a full or partial day’s pay via their payslips. We chose to donate the proceeds to hospitals in the areas where our offices are located.
In the hope of launching a positive initiative involving as many companies as possible so that we can all contribute together, we have also shared this initiative with our client companies, creating a new item for them free of charge as supporting documentation in the payroll processing system.
We donated 1,400 protective visors to seven care homes in the Lombardy region, as well as FFP2 and FFP3 masks for the Cuban medical staff who arrived at Crema Hospital on 22 March, to support the local area during the emergency.
Zeta Service also felt a strong sense of responsibility for people’s psychological well-being, which is why we made a company psychologist available and organised webinars on courage, fear and being working parents during lockdown.
But that’s not all: aware of the difficulties many of our staff were facing due to partners or children who had suddenly found themselves with reduced or no work, we brought forward the 14th month’s salary to April and continued to provide meal vouchers.
We also organised free webinars for all HR staff to explain how to continue supporting colleagues, even remotely.
A tree for every new hire
We know that climate change is a problem with devastating effects on our planet. That is why we are committed to planting a tree for every new hire, thanks to Tree-Nation. The more Zeta Service grows, the more our trees will increase and our forest will take shape: growth will be good for us, but also for the planet.
Fondazione Libellula
In early 2020, the Libellula Project became Fondazione Libellula, a foundation established by Zeta Service with the aim of combating and preventing violence against women and gender discrimination. The Foundation comprises a network of companies committed to raising awareness within their own organisations.
The Libellula Network comprises over 30 companies, involving around 50,000 employees.
Comunicare Bene Project
Zeta Service is involved, alongside the Teatro Officina in Milan, in the Comunicare Bene Project for residents of the Enzo Jannacci Shelter on Viale Ortles. Specifically, this is a free, useful and enjoyable training course that enables the residents of the shelter who take part to gain confidence in speaking, interact with the team of staff, and handle a job interview. A certificate of attendance will be issued at the end of the course.
A charity Christmas jumper
For every person who attends the company Christmas party wearing a Christmas jumper, we will donate €uro 1 to support the project that Zeta Service is running with MLFM (Movimento Lotta Fame Mondo) for Rwanda. The project involves the construction of eight clean and safe water fountains and the implementation of a personal hygiene education programme, particularly in schools, aimed at young girls to combat superstitions and social exclusion.
Milan Pride
Since 2019, we have been a sponsor of Milan Pride, an inclusive event that recognises all forms of diversity, not only in terms of sexual orientation but also ethnicity, immigration and disability. This is a powerful message that we have always embraced: difference is a value; it must be respected, protected and appreciated, both within the company and beyond.
Una storia sbagliata - A story of mistakes
Following on from “Inciampi di vita – Life’s stumbling blocks”, this project continues to support men and women who have “passed through” the Enzo Jannacci Shelter, where they have reclaimed their lives and reshaped their futures. A book of personal accounts that helps us uncover the fragilities of our society, but also the beauty of solidarity and the strength of human will.
Progetto Libellula
Progetto Libellula is the first network of companies united against violence against women, born out of friendship, a desire not to remain indifferent, and a company, Zeta Service, which believes that everyone can contribute to changing the status quo.
Inciampi di vita - Life’s Stumbling Blocks
Following the conclusion of a long-term project supporting the community at the Enzo Jannacci Shelter in Milan – a support centre for people in difficulty – the self-published book “Inciampi di vita” was created, a collection of ten stories told directly by the people at the shelter.
Social projects
A company’s social awareness is essential to its peace of mind. We have chosen to take responsibility through numerous projects that include career guidance for the student community, support for mothers in difficult circumstances, social reintegration for former prisoners, and the regeneration of urban areas. Growth that constantly explores new paths.
As simple as drinking
This is the message we printed on the water bottles distributed at the World Business Forum in Milan, to show that even a simple gesture can make a difference. A clear message, symbolising our latest social commitment: during the event, we decided to allocate the same amount we would have spent on an advertising campaign to the construction of a well in Kenya with Amref.
Standing with Sardinia
Sometimes it is necessary to act as quickly as possible. We are therefore seeking to help the region of Sardinia, which has been hit by severe flooding, by making a donation to support the Italian Red Cross’s relief efforts.
Support for Emilia
To address the emergency caused by the earthquake on 20 May 2012 in the Emilia region, we have decided to do our bit to provide practical help to the affected area. We have set up a free support programme for our client companies, extended in part to non-clients as well, offering guidance and advice on social security and tax management during times of crisis. A modest contribution, but one that can mean a great deal to someone in need.
A well in Mozambique
One of the greatest problems afflicting many parts of Africa is the lack of access to drinking water: we therefore decided to support the Amici del Marajò association in the “100 Wells for Moma” project. The construction of artesian wells in this region of Mozambique is essential for restoring public health and requires the efforts of the entire village community, becoming a source of unity. A unity of which, at least to some extent, we too can be a part.
A regular event
As from this year, we have taken part in both the United Nations’ Earth Day and the WWF’s Earth Hour – events we have continued to partake in. We also continue to pursue our internal policy of reducing waste and adopt eco-sustainable business practices, which over the years will lead us to install solar panels and offer our staff travel passes for public transport and company bicycles.
Art for a good cause
We are taking part in a charity auction organised by Stradearts, the cultural association representing the best Italian graffiti artists and street artists, by purchasing one of KeyOne’s paintings. The proceeds are donated to Don Gino Rigoldi’s Comunità Nuova Onlus, which carries out social initiatives addressing addiction, family support and the social reintegration of young offenders and migrants. Creativity proves to be an excellent way to do good whilst feeling good.
A Green Christmas
Our business involves printing a lot of paper. But from this year onwards, we want to reduce our impact on the environment: from now on, we have encouraged the viewing of payslips and other documents on-line, rather than on paper. Furthermore, to fully embrace our new green vision, we are donating our Christmas funds to Tree-Nation, thereby helping to plant and care for new trees in a heart-shaped green area in Nigeria. We have chosen reforestation as a way to combat climate change and support local economies.
Standing by mums
We are well aware that motherhood is a delicate time, even in the workplace. That is why we are an official partner of the “Un fiocco in azienda” project promoted by Donne Manager of Manageritalia, and we provide free advice on maternity matters to all female employees of companies participating in this project. Furthermore, within our organisation we are very sensitive to the issue of parenthood and support mothers through small and large gestures, because we know that workplace harmony is also built on this.
A special ribbon
This time, instead of a traditional Christmas bow, we’ve chosen a different one. It’s the ribbon of ANLAIDS (National Association for the Fight against AIDS) and its “Hogar San Camilo” project: we support a care home founded in Lima in 1995 by a Camillian priest in a renovated former convent, with the aim of assisting disadvantaged and HIV-positive people. A place where particular attention is given to HIV-positive mothers and their children, thanks to a network of volunteers specialising in mental and physical well-being and medical care.
The first tangible act of help
We have chosen to replace the usual corporate Christmas gift with a donation to Save the Children, in order to increase the distribution of vaccines in the developing world for children suffering from measles. Though small, it is with this contribution that our quest for happiness begins.
