Covid-19 Emergency.

During this emergency, we all worked from home (from 21 February) to protect the safety of the collaborators and for a sense of collective responsibility that we felt before each subsequent Decree. Being aware of the delicate and unprecedented situation that has affected companies, we decided to provide daily regulatory updates free of charge, to support the realities in the application of the decrees that have followed one another. We promoted the Payroll Giving initiative, a fundraiser where every Zeta Service collaborator was able to donate a working day or part of it through your payslip. We have also chosen to donate funds to hospitals located in the cities where we operate. With the hope of being able to start a virtuous initiative that involves as many companies as possible to give our contribution all together, we have shared this initiative with all our customers by creating for them the new voice as a justification for the journey for free processing. We donated 1,400 protective visors to 7 RSA facilities in Lombardy as well as ffp2 and ffp3 masks for Cuban doctors who arrived at Crema Hospital on March 22, to support the territory during the emergency. We also felt very responsible for the psychological well-being of our collaborators, which is why we offer an available company psychologist and therefore organized webinars on various topics such as courage, fear and being working parents during the quarantine. But not only, knowing the difficulties that many of them were going through due to companions, spouses or children who had suddenly found themselves with reduced and absent work, we anticipated the extra salary we normally offer in August to our employees in April this year and continued to provide meal vouchers. In addition, we also organized free webinars for all HR figures with the aim of telling them how to continue to support collaborators.

Libellula Foundation.

At the beginning of 2020, the Libellula Project becomes the Libellula Foundation, the foundation of Zeta Service created with the aim of countering and preventing violence against women and gender discrimination. The Foundation has within itself a network of companies engaged in awareness-raising actions within their realities. The Libellula Network has over 30 companies that are involving about 50,000 employees.

Project: Communicate Well.

We are involved, together with the Teatro Officina of Milan, in the Communicate Well Project for the guests of the Enzo Jannacci Hospitality House in Viale Ortles. It is a free, useful and fun training course that allows the participants who are guests of the facility to gain confidence in speaking, interacting with the operators, facing a job interview. At the end of the course, a certificate of participation will be issued.

A supportive Christmas jumper.

For each person who shows up at the company Christmas party wearing a Christmas sweater, we donate 1 euro by supporting the project that Zeta Service is carrying out with MLFM (Movimento Fame Fame Mondo) for Rwanda. The project involves the construction of eight fountains of clean and safe water and the creation of a personal hygiene education program, especially in schools, dedicated to young girls to break down superstitions and social exclusion.

Milan Pride.

We have been sponsoring Milan Pride since 2019, an inclusive event that takes into account all the differences, not only related to sexual orientation but also to ethnicity, immigration and disability. It is a strong message that we have always made our own: the difference is a value, it must be respected, protected and appreciated, both in a company and outside the working world.

2018

A wrong story.

After Inciampi di Vita - Stumbling Life, the project continues supporting men and women who have "been" at the Enzo Jannacci Hospitality House: here they chose to give themselves a new life and a new shape. A book full of real stories, that helps to discover the fragility of our society, but also the beauty of solidarity and willpower of people.

2017

Libellula project.

The Libellula project is the first network of companies united against violence against women that starts from a friendship, from the desire not to remain indifferent and from a company, Zeta Service, which believes that each of us can contribute towards a change in our lives.

2015

Stumbling life.

We are almost at the end of a long project for the support of the residents of the Enzo Jannacci Hospitality House in Milan, a support point for people in difficulty: the self-produced book "Stumbling blocks of life" was born, a collection of ten stories told directly by the guests of the institution.

2014

Social projects.

The social awareness of a company is necessary for its serenity. We have chosen to take responsibility through numerous projects that provide orientation to the world of work for students, support for mothers in difficult situations, social reintegration for prisoners, and the requalification of urban areas. A growth that continuously passes through new roads.

Semplice come bere – So simple: it’s like drinking water.

This is the message we printed on the water bottles distributed at the World Business Forum in Milan to testify that even a simple gesture can make a difference. A clear message, which symbolizes our latest commitment to social work: on this occasion, we decided to allocate the same amount that we would have normally spent on an advertising campaign for the construction of a well in Kenya with Amref.

2013

Being close to Sardinia.

Sometimes it is necessary to act as soon as possible. We, therefore, try to help the region of Sardinia, previously hit by a violent flood, by supporting the Italian Red Cross rescue operations with a donation.

2012

An Emilian meeting.

To cope with the emergency brought by the earthquake of 20 May 2012 in the Emilia area, we have decided to do our part to help the affected area efficiently. We create a free support program for our client companies, partially extended also to those that are not, which provides guidance and consultancy activities on contributory and tax management in times of crisis. A modest aid that means a lot for a worker in difficulty.

A well in Mozambique.

One of the biggest problems that afflict many African territories is the lack of drinking water: we, therefore, decide to support the Amici del Marajò association in the "100 Pozzi per Moma - 100 Wells for Moma" project. The construction of artesian wells in this region of Mozambique is fundamental to re-establish the health situation and requires the effort of the entire community of the village, becoming a reason for union. A union of which, at least a little, we can also be part of.

2011

Our fixed appointment

From this year, we have been participating in both United Nations Earth Day and WWF Earth Time, occasions that we have never missed. We also carry out our internal policy towards our attention to reduce waste and we choose eco-sustainable business management practices, which over the years, will lead us to adopt solar panels and offer our employees subscriptions to public transport and company bicycles schemes.

Supportive art.

We participate in a charity auction promoted by Stradearts, the cultural association that represents the best Italian writers and street artists, by purchasing one of KeyOne's paintings. The proceeds are donated to the New Community of Don Gino Rigoldi, which is responsible for carrying out social interventions for people with addictions, to protect families and for the social reintegration of minors in the criminal area and migrants. Creativity proves to be an excellent method of doing good, feeling good.

2010

A green Christmas.

Our activities involve a lot of printing, but from this year we want to reduce our impact on the environment: from now on, we have inverted our coupons and other documents online, instead of being printed on paper. Furthermore, to fully embrace our new green vision, we dedicate our Christmas donation to Tree-Nation, thus helping to plant and care for new trees in a heart-shaped green area in Nigeria. We choose reforestation as a way to combat climate change and help local economies.

Mums’ view.

We are well aware that motherhood is a delicate moment, especially in the workplace. For this reason, we are the official partner of the project "Un fiocco in azienda - A bow in the company" promoted by Donne Manager of ManagerItalia. We provide free maternity advice to all employees that join this project. Furthermore, within us, we are also very sensitive to the issue of parenting and we support mothers very carefully, because we know that corporate serenity is also made of this.

2009

A special ribbon.

This time, instead of investing our times putting up Christmas decorations, we would rather focus on something else:  ANLAIDS (National Association for the Fight against AIDS) and its "Hogar San Camilo" project. We support a family home, founded in Lima in 1995 by a Camillian Father in an old renovated convent, with the aim of assisting disadvantaged and HIV positive people. A place where particular attention is given to HIV-positive mothers and their children, thanks to the network of volunteers specialized in psychophysical well-being and medical care.

Our practical way of helping.

We have decided to replace the usual corporate Christmas gift with a donation towards Save the Children, in order to increase the distribution of vaccines for children with measles in the economically developing nations: a small retribution that helps our search towards happiness.
